In 2016, the consulting office took a decision to establish an integrated construction laboratory for the purpose of controlling and upholding the examinations in accordance with international specifications and standards and following modern methods in examinations and under the direct supervision of the Presidency of the University and the Advisory Office In 2017, the construction laboratories were expanded and included soil and asphalt tests, and consultants were installed to supervise the laboratories with PhDs and specialists from the Resources Authority, Soil Engineering and Road Engineering, as well as sending all engineers to development courses in the field of examinations. In 2019, the consulting office and construction laboratories obtained accreditation under the international standards ISO 17025 and under the supervision of the Central Agency and Quality Control.
